Pomegranate Bark

My favorite type of chocolate is dark chocolate. For this very easy recipe, we bought orange chocolate, which I think is very good! If you don't like pomegranate seeds you can also use dried cranberries or chopped nuts.

You will need 1/2 pomegranate and 150 grams (6 oz) dark orange-chocolate.

1. Take the pomegranate seeds out of the pomegranate with your fingers.

2. Break the chocolate in pieces and put them in a bowl that can be heated. Put the bowl on a pan with boiling water in it. Make sure the water doesn't touch the bowl. Melt the chocolate slowly on a low temperature. Stir from time to time.

3. Pour the melted chocolate onto a board with waxed paper on it.

4. Spread the chocolate into a thin rectangle.

5. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds onto the chocolate.

6. Put the board with the chocolate in the fridge. Wait 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.

7. Carefully break the chocolate in pieces. Keep it in the fridge until needed so it won't melt OR EAT IT!!!
