S'mores Chocolate Barks

Last week, my family and I went to the Presidential Inauguration in D.C. It was very cold, so we didn't watch the whole parade, but we saw the President and we did get the All-American feeling! To keep this feeling, I decided to make S'mores Chocolate Barks, which are also very American. These barks have the same ingredients as the real s'mores and are a delicious treat.

For 12-16 barks, you will need 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate, 200 g (7 oz) mini marshmallows, 3 graham crackers.
Extra: a square baking pan (20 x 20 cm/ 8 x 8 inch), greased and lined with parchment paper

Notes:

-If you cannot find mini marshmallows, you can cut big ones with a pair of scissors into small pieces.
-In the Netherlands you don't have graham crackers, so replace them by normal biscuits.

 1. Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in a bowl that can be heated. Put the bowl on a pan with boiling water in it. Make sure the water doesn't touch the bowl. Melt the chocolate slowly on a low temperature. Stir from time to time.

2. Break the graham crackers into pieces, don't crumble them too much.

3. Mix the graham crackers and marshmallows with the chocolate.

4. Stir until all ingredients are covered with chocolate.

5. Pour the mixture into the the baking pan and spread out until the whole bottom is covered.

6. Put the pan in the fridge for about 1 hour.

7. Take it out of the pan and cut into 12-16 square with a sharp knife.

ENJOY THESE ALL-AMERICAN S'MORES CHOCOLATE BARKS!!!
